If you are unable to load the payment page you are likely experiencing a service issue. Some properties, including underground parking garages, can have poor cell service.
Please attempt to pay again once you have stable cell service.
If you are still unable to pay, please use submit a request by visiting the home page of the AirGarage Help Center to let our team know.
Payment Issues:
If your payment is failing please attempt to use a new credit or debit card and confirm that you have entered the correct card number, expiration, and CVC code.
Note: AirGarage does not accept pre-paid credit cards. If you are using a pre-paid card your payment will fail.
