I need to update or change my payment method.

Monthly Parkers:

•  
  • Visit pay.airgarage.com/account and log in with the e-mail address that you initially signed up with. You will receive a confirmation code to your e-mail in order to log in.
  • Once logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Update Payment Information”.
  • Enter your new payment information and select “Update”.

App Users:

•  
  • Prior to starting a rental:
    • Select the three lines at the top left
    • Select “Account”
    • Then select “Edit Payment Method” and update information on-file
  • For an active hourly rental:
    • Open your active rental. If you cannot find your active rental, open the menu bar by clicking on the icon with three lines in the top left corner, then select “Active Rental”.
    • Click on the arrow in the "Payment" section.
      • If your preferred payment method has already been added to your account, select it by pressing the “Set as default” button.
      • If your preferred payment method has not yet been added to your account, press the orange “+ Add new credit card” button, then enter your payment information and select the orange “Add card” button. Once you’ve added the new card, press the “Set as default” button.

Webpay & Text to Pay Users:

•  
  • Prior to starting a rental
    • On the Start Rental page, scroll down to the “Saved Card” section.
    • Select the pencil icon on the right hand side
    • Add your new card number, expiration, and 3 digit CVC code.
    • Confirm your license plate information is accurate.
    • Select the orange “START PARKING” button.
