When you use the Tenant Portal, you will be billed for the total number of seats you have available each month. If you have 10 seats available to use, but you only register 7 drivers, you will still be charged for all 10 seats. The reason for this is because AirGarage reserves the number of seats you have available in the parking lot or garage, so if you have those seats available to you we can not allow other drivers to pay for them.
If you need to reduce the number of seats available to you, or if you need to add additional seats to your account to accommodate new drivers, you can do so by clicking the ‘Billing’ button at the top right of the Portal.
Once you are on the Billing page you will see an overview that tells you exactly how many spots you are currently paying for and what the total amount you will be billed each month is (pictured below):
If you’d like to make a change, click on the ‘Edit’ button with the pencil icon and a new screen will pop up. This screen will allow you to adjust the number of spots you have available.
Any change you make will be reflected in your next billing cycle on a pro-rated basis.
Note: Depending on the details of your account, there may be a ‘cap’ on the number of seats you are eligible to add. If you reach the cap and try to add more drivers you will receive an error message. To adjust your cap, you will need to contact us by emailing contact@airgarage.com or partners@airgarage.com.
