Text to Pay & Webpay Users:
Visit dashboard.airgarage.com and log in using the phone number that you initially started your rental with.
Once you’ve logged in, you will be brought to the active rental page, scroll down to the section titled “CAR”.
Select the pencil icon on the right side near the license plate you originally entered, then select “EDIT”.
Once the update screen opens, enter your new license plate information. Select “UPDATE” once you are finished.
To confirm the update, refresh the page in your browser. Once refreshed, you should see the correct license plate information on your active rental page.
Open your active rental. If you cannot find your active rental, open the menu bar by clicking on the icon with three lines in the top left corner, then select “Active Rental”.
Click on the arrow in the “Valid for license plate” section.
If your updated license plate has already been added, select it from the “My License Plates” section, then press the orange “Select” button at the bottom of the screen. Make sure you de-select the original license plate you paid for, unless you would like to pay for multiple vehicles.
If your updated license plate has not yet been added to your account, press the “+” icon in the top right corner, then enter your license plate number and state/province. Select the orange “Add Plate” button.
Next, select the new license plate you’ve added on the “My License Plates” screen, then press the orange “Select” button at the bottom. Make sure you de-select the original license plate you paid for, unless you would like to pay for multiple vehicles.
Visit dashboard.airgarage.com and log in with the e-mail address that you initially signed up with. You will receive a confirmation code to your e-mail in order to log in.
Once logged in, select the edit button next to your current license plate.
Enter your new license plate information and select “Update”.
